I took to it like a shaky lamb, with my arms, legs and core burning with every squat, pulse and hold and I really had to grit my teeth to get through it, but boy oh boy do I feel so alive for the first time in what feels like forever. The abs exercises in the workout have certainly made my core incredibly strong and responsive and now I can crunch, situp and floor cycle until the cows come home, but I have to accept I can never have a six pack.
